Looking to create a festival? Even just a larger event? Music, elaborate art installations, unique event spaces, camping? We offer 80 acres of undeveloped land for you to take advantage of. We have contacts for everything you will need, from tent rentals, music equipment, porta-potty’s, and catering. Just let us know how we can be of assistance. All events require event insurance. Events over 500 people do require permitting. We can help you get started with that as well. This property is great for Route 66 events, spiritual and yoga retreats, alien events, stargazing, music festivals, and almost anything.
